One is billable hoursa rate charged to customer, rate paid to employee. Spread write on with that. I think you will see magic happen over a few months in terms of your revenue output.

Everyone has experienced negative cash flow. If you have a troublesome rental property, you may experience negative cash flow. But, more common than most, if you’re in the early stages of building your small business, negative cash flow may be a harsh but hard to mitigate reality.
