I'm Doing Slow Science, but That's Kind of Lame
When my department reviewed my case, i'm pretty sure nobody read my papers. It was all about these numbers that they could measure. And supposedly that was objective within this academic system here n the us. There's so much emphasis on productivity becomes almost meaningless. So one othe my conser it's easy for me to say, i'm doing slow science,. But that's kind of lame if that's it, i think.
