Larry Hall - A Serial Killer Wannabe
Larry Hall confessed to killing Trisha Rylor. Authorities requested that Hall take them to the place that he left her body, but after basically leading them out on a wild goose chase, they concluded that he was just a serial killer wannabe looking for attention. In July of 1994, two girls, 13 and 10 were playing in their yard when they noticed a work van parked across the street. The police searched a workshop slash barn that Larry used to work on his vehicles and found some straps that could be used to restrain someone.
