How Do You Find the Whale?
The equation for success, as I see it, or at least getting an outcome is volume times leverage equals output. The same work to do both but one yields you 50 times the return of the other one. And so if you have your time which is only can allocate, and you stack it on the one that has the biggest effect - then you're going to find the whale. Alex: Right now it's like you're chasing lots of little fish, but you need to find the whales.
