The History of the Qing Dynasty
In 1636, the name of the dynasty was changed from the later gene to the Qing. The Manchus became stronger and more organized. And they attracted many Chinese defectors who were willing to sell out the country for a new chance with a new boss. Nourhachi was survived by one of his sons, Hong or Huang Tai Chi, who was officially considered the first Qing emperor. But he died in 1643 and it was Dorgan, the 14th son of Nour hachi who took over leadership.
