Silicon Valley Bank CEO, Nobody's Got Banking Experience, Right?

Brian Taylor: Silicon Valley Bank exposed their board, nobody's got banking experience. Why did they have, why did that CEO be able to sleep at night, knowing this whole thing could fall apart on them? The same way Bernie made off slept at night, right? People do, and they continue to do it if they're not checked. There were California state regulators who were asleep. Where was the San Francisco Fed? I just can't imagine being in a meeting saying, if he keeps on raising rates, how will that affect us? And when you get the answer is play it out worst-case scenario, you don't play it outworst case scenario. It's called lacking enforcement
