If you're a business and you need people to succeed long term, that's your problem to figure out. Even if i'm a union contractor, there's a lot of things i can do to help feed great people into the union and develop them through the union within my business. It doesn't matter who you are or what team you're on, we're al in the same dam. We all move dirt. We all build stuff to build stuff. You're on the same team as everybody else that builds stuff,. And if you start thinking like that, we're going tobe able to create some pretty significant change.
