Do You Know What Happened to People Blocking the Road?
I think none whatsoever, like the way that it's worded, my first thought was I feel like it was giving some type of legal protection to people who might want to quote unquote accidentally hit people blocking the road because we already have several laws in the books. But clearly that's not the situation here. They're just, I don't even know. There's already laws on the books that if you're not trying to hit somebody and they're in a public roadway and you're going, the speed limit or under, you're probably not going to be liable unless you're drunk.
