Social Media and the Politics of Democracy

Talk radio and cable news have a larger effect in polarization than, than Facebook or Twitter or Instagram. Another part is there, the ways in which socially we become more segregated. And so people just aren't interacting day to day with people from different walks of life. So I think that's another part of the problem.
