Why You Might Not Want to Use a Graph
A common piece of advice that I give for assessing and improving graphs is to put it into words. Articulate the potential observations or takeaways that can be formed using the graph. Then figure out exactly what you want to say with it. Actually put that into a sentence. In some cases, you'll be better off using those words than trying to communicate with the graph.
