The indictment does not shy away from tackling what I think is really kind of the molten core of the matter. The Independists knowingly promulgated a variety of lies about 2020 election fraud was part of a conspiracy to put forward false electors, to essentially hold on to power. And as part of that, it really explicitly talks about Trump's speech on the ellipse on January 6 and his refusal to tell the rioters to stand down.
