Instead of doing five sets of of ten, ah of ten raps on everything that i was working on,. a switch to a a for reps of 20 or 20 or until i could feel my muscles burning and on fire and screaming. O this, this concept of grit, again, this is a mental toughness skill, and it gets better when we work at it. Yes, that's grit.
