Focus means being fully there in the present moment with what you are doing. In our sincere effort to do as many wonderful things, we actually miss out on all of them. Even mindfulness or focus is most effective when it is not a practice, but a happening. That is where we need to learn how to really relax the mind, how to meditate. It's also important to give one more practical tip: Your energy level is also your focus. If you had a terrible sleep, your focus is off. And if you have a lot of fried, spicy junk food, maybe take a little care of your food too.
