In your book, you examine a wide range of history shaping disruptions. The rise of christianity is arguely one of the most consequential. You point out that its transition from a relatively successful, minority colt into a wold religion was, to a great extent, accidental. What factors, conditions, have to be in place for dramatic changes like the ones you describe to take place? First of all, ther havs to been a fundamental loss of faith in central institutions.
