Multiple hereditary axostosis or m h is characterized by multiple astio condromas. This involves a mutation in the e x t gene that affects pre hyper trophi condracides of the growth plate. A pericondrial ring of locroid defect may allow growth from the pisis to extend from the surface. The most common location of a secondary condrasar coma is the pelvis.
