Is the United States a Great Place to Start a Business?

A lot of foreigners who start business in the united states are far more likely than americans to start new businesses when they get here. Do you think that's the common attitude, especially in the tex sector? Or is it largely taken for granted among the emigrant class? I would say, yes, it's people. And by the way, they response to the thread, a lot of the very positive, agreeable responses as has been from immigrants like me, just telling their story as well.
