Is There a Penalty for Franchise Brands?
I have heard that there can be a penalty for franchise brands versus independent brands. If you don't have big private equity coming into buying up, just buying up your brand, three, four, five multiples on EBITDA are basically the same as what you'd see on an independent businesses. So I think it all depends on probably the individual market and kind of situation you're looking at. Yeah. Obviously, a lot has to go right between now and then.
