The Cost of Learning the Fundamentals

I think you could probably say that about most disciplines in life. It takes, in my opinion, at least 10 years. First of all, you have to have the talent to do it. And then the commitment, there's going to be losses along the way. The analysts are just empirically wrong about things, especially a key inflection point. Seeing the luxury of seeing that with own eyes freed me from having to second guess and defend myself.
