Is It a Title Nine Case?

Liz was told by the title nine office that they'd ruled that she was too impaired to give consent to steve, but that they couldn't find that he'd assaulted her. A not contact directive on campus was the only result of lizz's ordeal. Liz says she was offered nothing other than spiritual support. And i would see him and i would have panic attacks, and i would lay on the floor and cry. I couldn't move my body. It was like, my first whole year, there was just this this cloud of shame and fear, because i couldn't go anywhere. I wasn't safe everywhere at all, because he was everywhere that i went.
