The Irony of the Current System
I'm not sure there's a ton of motivation from within the current system. It usually comes from the outside because the insiders are just not incentivized to change anything. I think India did it sort of in one fell swoop overnight, like literally, you have no choice. But digital KYC and digital identities has to come as well. Even in this world of social media, it's desperately needed now that people have some verifiable entity,. who they are.
