The Dollar Is Likely to Create a Basing Formation Here
The dollar is likely creating a basing formation here. The euro could be arguably a pullback no different than we've witnessed back in the start of the May. There's just no evidence yet that this is a top. If we broke below 109 and then had failed rallies, that would really probably solidify the top in the euro early next year.
