Junco Lam was tortured for 44 days by the Yakuza in Japan. Her parents didn't think she would call a hit on her own flesh and blood. They were petrified of their son, who they knew had connections to yakuza. Junco's torture included having fireworks put up her rectum as well as being burned with hot wax.
