How to Hack the Gap in Cyber Security
There are tons of open jobs in cyper security. But students can't get hired for these initial jobs, says Yves Guillen. There's a gap of five years plus experience that's really causing this challenge,. Other industries have to do an articling period. Doctors need to do residencies. Tradesper people need to do a period of time. Is an apprentice as well. there's no sort of transition period in the sypescurity industry. So going to have to act like hackers as as students. That's what i tell them."
