The Longest Wait for a Wage Hearing in California

Last month, we reported that delays for state hearings in wage theft cases are hurting low wage workers hoping to recover the money theyre owed. New data obtained by k ked shows how much those weight times have ballooned in recent years. In 20 15, california workers waited almost twice as long for a hearing.
