How to Overcome Emotional Biases in Stressful Periods

I've done a decent job, I think, in the business structure in insulating myself as much as possible from that kind of behavior because I don't want it influencing my decisions. But I recognize that that behavior is exactly what enables us to outperform over time. And so we're always looking at trying to figure out how we can do the opposite. It's extremely difficult for any individual to overcome those emotional biases in those stressful periods by having a systematic process in place.
