Is Mike Trout Still the Best Power Hitter in Baseball?

I have no doubts that Mike Trout is a better player than those guys on a per game basis. But obviously I have more faith in Rafael Devar's and Austin Riley, Manny Machado playing 130, 140, 150 games on my trout. On a pure skills level, he might be the best power hitter in baseball, except for Aaron judge. And I think he's also probably still a 290 to 300 pure skills hitter.
