Greece's Worst Rail Disaster in Half a Century

At least 43 people were killed and dozens more injured in a head-on crash Tuesday night. Greece's Prime Minister called it a tragic human error, vowed this would never happen again. The country has had the worst rail safety record in the European Union for the past decade.
