A, i don't think any of those really tell the whole picture. People love and p s, but a, i don’ti think you get what you want out of it. And so we started to do somethingwew demarket research that homa use squal tricks. We could send it out under their, a, their email domains, sit came off. It looked like it was like a third party research survey. I did that a couple of times and found some really interesting information relative to what types of people liked our competitors,. Which then allowed us to say, maybe we shouldn't go after those people.
