What Frightens You About Stillness?

The ego is terrified of that stillness because it the ego is a state of mind. In earth col you have this illusion you can dance in as this state of love, that that's immovable. It's that gap the eago cannot control. This work takes us into the ego. And when we get to wh would i be without the thought, we have opportunity to not fear that gap,. We get to see the world without judgment and then we've become safer in in i fearing what we think. The one last thing is that surrender, that letting go. I still find that, i don't know, i it makes me feel something that i need to look into more.
