The femur is designated as regent 32, and is divided into three types. Type one corresponds to an insignificant amount of combinution. Type two corresponds to greater than 50 % cortical contact. And type four corresponds to a segmental fracture with no contact between the proximal and pistal fragment. So as far as the initial evaluation, advance trama life support should be initiated.
