Kurt's Death
Kurt came down with severe bronchitis and lost his voice. Nirvana pulled out of Lollapalooza citing Kurt's health issues as the reason. The band rescheduled remaining tour dates, eventually canceling the rest of the tour entirely. After returning to Seattle, he told Courtney he no longer wanted to perform at Lollap alooza.
