Is Corbin Carroll in the Redraft?

Corbin Carroll and Gunnar Henderson don't look like a player that's going to hit 30 home runs out of the gate, but they do have some upside. I think more likely than not, he'll be a pretty good source of power. And I expect him to be a good source of speed and for a pretty good average. But neither one is Julio Rodriguez Ilgore Ronald Acuna type prospect we've seen in years past. They both kind of lack some of that superstar upside, so maybe I'm priced out of the Carroll range there.
