I want to kind of go back in time a little bit. Tom Shelling and in his Nobel acceptance speech, that speech was called The Amazing 60 Years. And what was amazing about that period from 1945 to 2005 is something that did not happen. What did not happen was that an atomic weapon was not exploded in anger for 60 years. I wonder if you might be able to give a big overview in a short bit of time.
