How to Distract From the Rosary

The Rosary is the perfect prayer to bring those things from the other box, the other compartments of our life into the Jesus square. So when things come up in the Rosary, just assign them beads and give each concern a Hail Mary. And that's a freeing thing in the end. It allows you to enter into that contemplation, to dwell on the mystery rather than sort of being trapped by figuring out what do I say, what comes next.
