The Trump Plan and the US's Standing in the Paris Climate Agreement
The Paris climate agreement is still an ongoing debate within the White House. President Obama's plan, and I remember this coral from your reporting, went through the courts because it was challenged several times. Does that make it more legally secure now and therefore harder to unravel by President Trump? There are a lot of pieces of the plan that have gone through the courts that have been challenged. Some elements of it actually have been upheld by Supreme Court decisions.
