Tact Planning - The Ideal First Planner System
Tact planning is the ideal first planner system. A tacked plan is a visual, location based schedule showing time and space. It shows work, trade and logistical flow, scheduled on a rhythm with the appropriate ffers. This stabilizes the pace of work with one process flow and limiting work and process with a reasonable overall project duration. We have been asked to create a tacet start up guide for projects beginning their tack journey. You can use this as a guide and a tracker to insure all your projects follow best practices in the development of your tact plan.
