Is There a Problem Animal Mill in Missouri?
A 20 21 report by the humane society of the united states that missouri has more problem puppy mills than any other state. Are these as bad as the ones in missouri prior to 20 11? I think there are certainly less of them. And the ones that i have seen, certainly most recently, there are fewer animals within them.
