Proximate Palanx Fractures

Palanx fractures can be divided into head fractures, neck slash shaft fractures and base fractures. Treatment of proximate faling fractures can be non operative or operative. Non operative management includes body taping versus splinting. Surgical techniques include crossed k wires, eaten belsky pinning through the metacorpoal head as well as many fragment fixations with plate n or lag screws.
