The number of class action lawsuits against food and beverage companies has just been rising steadily every single year. Ilwas looking at this food industry insider article earlier to day, and i think we actually did a piece on this in 20 20. There was a lawsuit in two thousand 13 when an australian tean ager measured a foot long sandwich and it was only 11 inches. And that resulted in a pretty small settlement, acting something like 500 thousands dollars. But have since really put some extra checks and balances on their sandwich length.
