The Order of Perfectionability
The Bavarian Illuminati was formed in 1778. The group's official goal was to oppose superstition, obscurantism and religious influence over public life. They were originally known as the Order of Perfectionability or Dair Aluminaatin Northern. But they later changed their name after coming up with a better one.
