The IC's Overclassification of Documents

The IC has been dinged repeatedly for overclassifying things. The 17-year-old who initially brought it outside of that group on Discord and put it on social media, he's now grounded. It seemed like he was just trying to impress his buddies, his teenage buddies. And this kind of thing happens when you have too many people who have access to stuff just to do their jobs.
