Machiavelli's Early Life

Almost nothing is known about Machiavelli's early life until 1498. He was secretary to a committee responsible for the diplomatic and foreign relations of the Florentine republic. The only person whom he meets as a prince, whom he really admires is Czetri Borgia. And one thing which emerges very interestingly in the Prince is that he thinks so poorly of these people.
