The consumer welfare standard is under attack by people who haother motives other than efficient, the efficient functioninof business ind the economy. So i brought the book back because i want people to see, be able to read and analyze and think for themselves about the regime that came out of this book. And i really hope that it has an impact in this debate. This we seem to be rethinking, after forty years, what anti trust law is supposed to be.
