What Do We Know About the Longhouse Type Construction in Iceland?
The name en work is all from the sarga literature, arent they? The vernacular writings in iceland don't really exist before about 11 15 or so. There's plenty of fragmentary literature beforehand, but that is mostly liturgical or ecclesiastical material. We get into like the really nitty gritty of it being where people live and where people who are literate are writing for other literate people in about the twelfth century.
