How Many Working Days Did Peasants Work?
How much time did peasants actually spend working? How many hours a day or a week did they spend working? Can we put anything on that? Obviously, you don't clock on and clock off in the same way as people working in office do now. But can we ascribe any sort of timescale to this? Oh, well, yes.
