Is Moral Transgression Really, Is This Really About Sin?

Christian activists and churches talking about sin, for the most part, it's that you perceive you have sinned. They are not actually saying you have sin, which is kind of an amazing relativism within a Christian ethic. Some people think you need to combine a sort of pastoral care with clinical care. So there are rituals where people carry a bolder through things so that you represent that bolder to the amount of pain you're carrying. And sometimes it's really not even penance, it's just rituals.
