How to State Your Intentions

In our course, we actually ask you guys to write out your promise. And that's a really important activity to reflect on. I even printed out a picture of a red Volkswagen Beetle and put it on my vision board. A huge part of intention is stating it to other people,. We can keep it to ourselves, but it's so much more powerful when we go ahead and state it to someone else.
