For a period of time, much of the policy has been very lase fair towards who makes wealth and how do they use that wealth. And i think as a result, sedin ping claiming that china is still socialist as ha socialist party. We've seen targets amongt some of the wealthier people in china, some of the entertainers in china,. who have not been paying taxes. Which is an old refrain. Back in the nineties, when jurong was premier, he was apparently outraged when he found that he was paying more taxes than one of china's most famous film stars. So it is something that has caused irritation, something that is talked about a lot
