i've definitely gone through those times in my twenties where i was just pushing myself really hard, working full time and doing sidtings. One of the things that i've learned as i've gotten into my thirties is don't get so lost in the details that you lose track of the big picture thing. I used to not be able to leave the office without an empty in box meaning all my emales had been read, responded to and handled.
