Are We in a Recession or Heading for Recession?

S om: We've not seen inflation like this. The last time that we probably saw inflation similar what we're talking about, or what we could pretend to be facing rigt now, was likely back in in the late 19 70. This is not something that happens often, and is something that is obviously unique. So it seems highly likely that we are in a recession, or headed for recession, or already living in a recession. S om: How should you be thinking mentally to prepare yourself to make it through this.
